Strand Corner Studio is located at the junction of Strand Road and Watery Lane (1.2 miles from Preston Rail Station & 2 miles from Preston Bus Station) on the outskirts of Preston city centre. Opened in August 2024 and situated within Oyston Mill, this bright and airy room is perfect for creating.
Consisting of an approximately 54 metre square (580 feet square) main shooting space, a small dressing room with toilet and sink and a small storage hallway, Strand Corner Studio is everything you’ll need for a fun and comfortable shooting experience.

Facilities
There is always a kettle in the studio with tea, coffee, sugar and mugs. You will only need to provide your preferred milk (there is a Lidl supermarket and a Spar shop both within a 5 minute walk of the studio if needed). There is also always a crate of bottled water in the studio which is available for everyone. A small bluetooth speaker is always available in the studio for music. Ample, free parking in off street car park.
